We have an excellent Health & Safety record and every contractor is subject to a programme guaranteeing their training is as current as possible. Every project will be issued with detailed method statements and thorough risk assessments; these confirm that every member of the team and you as the client is fully aware of the risks on site.

All operatives are CSCS certified and we employ a specialist Health & Safety advisor, who makes sure every potential risk is highlighted and responsibility is allocated to every individual on site.

Synergy R.S.C Ltd uses the following certifications amongst others;

CSCS - the Construction Skills Certification Scheme provide proof that individuals have the required training and qualifications for the work they're carrying out

SafeContractor - an independent Health & Safety audit service to reassure clients and maintain the highest level of competence and compliance

PASMA - recognised authority for mobile access towers and provide an industry standard training scheme as per Working at Height regulations

IPAF - promote safe and effective use of powered access and provide training programmes, issuing Powered Access Licences as proof of training

UKATA - setting the standards to audit and manage asbestos training providers for the training of the removal of non-licensed asbestos
